Robert Herman, Voya Restaurant and Lounge’s General Manager and Sommelier, and Urban Diner’s Paul Kamon are pictured at the Urban Diner Awards -- celebrating the best of the best in culinary achievement. Voya took home Best Design, Best New Formal and Best Bartender (Jay Jones).
