Butcher Shop BBQ with the CHARCUT Crew


Calgary's up-and-coming culinary pair -- chefs/owners Connie DeSousa and John Jackson of CHARCUT Roast House -- take to the tarmac for a barbeque by the back door of Rocky Mountain Game Meats. Meanwhile inside, revellers from Calgary's restaurant community sample and schmooze what Fresh Kitchen, Big Rock, Jackson Triggs, Caffee Umbria and Okanagan Spirits prepared.
